Celebrating Yuanxiao with Joy and Harmony towards the Future

To promote excellent traditional Chinese culture, enrich employees' festive life, and create a warm and harmonious atmosphere amidst the busy and orderly production and operation, the company successfully held the "Happy Yuanxiao, Together Towards the Future" riddle-solving activity at the front desk on the first floor on March 3rd (the 15th day of the first lunar month), the day of Yuanxiao (Filled round balls made of glutinous rice-flour for Lantern Festival).

Taking into account the actual work arrangements on the production line, this event specifically adopts a "fragmented time slot" model, being open during three break periods: 10:00-10:10, 11:45-12:45, and 15:00-15:10. This flexible arrangement not only ensures that normal production progress is not affected but also allows all employees to participate.

The event site was decorated with lanterns and streamers, and dozens of riddles featuring the characteristics of the Year of the Horse, Yuanxiao (Filled round balls made of glutinous rice-flour for Lantern Festival) folklore, and the optoelectronic industry attracted the attention of employees. During the short breaks, everyone either pondered alone or discussed in small groups, and those who guessed the correct answers were delighted at the prize redemption booth, receiving their first good fortune of the festival.

The brief tens of minutes of joy during the work break not only allowed everyone to relax both physically and mentally amidst their busy work, but also conveyed the company's "people-oriented" care.
